Quality Assurance

M.E.I. is a process development firm that will create, design, and optimize your current cooking, chilling, and packaging equipment.

Temperature Validations

The purpose of modified cook cycles is to determine the heating and cooling behavior of the equipment. The results will indicate the establishment of a safe thermal process. M.E.I. Group will evaluate process deviations, ensuring all products receive the proper temperature validations.

A modified temperature validation will be completed before commencing any cook cycle.
